The Carousel of Happiness is seeking a part time Operations Manager to oversee day to day operations of the Carousel, to ensure that operations are effective, efficient, safe, and within budget. The Operations Manager is responsible for staff supervision and development, retail store operations, marketing, communications, and support of financial and administrative processes.
We are looking for a positive, organized, high-integrity professional who will enthusiastically represent the Carousel and its mission to the public. Experience in management of a cultural (e.g. museum, theater), retail or service organization is strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and computer skills are important. Marketing and public communication experience is a plus.
